International Orders. Orders from outside
the United States are shipped via airmail for the posted "Elsewhere" shipping cost.
This is the best option almost all of the time.
Courier service can easily
cost $200 or more per engine and is highly discouraged.
Where Can I Find the Shipping Price?:
Shipping prices are posted on the right of each product page under the heading
"Shipping Info." Look on the right of the page for the column that begins with
"Quick Links" then go down
until you find Shipping Info. The first price after the word USA is the price
for shipping the first one of that product to the USA. The price listed after
"additional products" is the price for shipping your second through tenth copy of
that product to the USA.
The price listed after the word "Elsewhere" is the price for shipping the first one of
that product outside the USA. The next price labeled "additional products" is the price for
shipping your second through tenth copy of that product outside the USA. Please e-mail us
for shipping prices for more than ten of any product.
Currency Conversion: Use the
Oanda currency converter to
convert the U.S. dollars price to your home currency.
Rush orders are not a very good idea
so please don't ask. If your purchase is intended as a gift, a
lot of our customers have made their friends and family happy by wrapping a picture
of the product along with a card that says the real gift is on it's way.
Purchasing Agents Please help us keep our prices low by
placing your school or university order online using a personal (not school or universtiy)
credit card. We may accept purchase orders from schools and universities in the United States
under the following terms:
(1) All requests for paperwork
must either be submitted in advance of your order or with your order.
(2) Your PO must either
authorize a $75.00 per page paperwork fee (times the number of pages you will require) or state
"No additional paperwork will be required." PO's that do not address the paperwork fee will not
be accepted.
Avoid extra fees and get faster service by ordering online using a personal credit card.
If you decide to use a purchase order please either fax or e-mail it to us.
Keep the original copy for your records. Do not send us your PO by postal mail. Please only fax it or
e-mail it. Sending a PO by fax or e-mail is a lot slower than ordering online.
Paying by Check or Money Order is no longer possible for retail customers. If we have not sent you
an invoice, please order online using a credit card.
What if I don't have a Visa or Mastercard?
Find a friend who has one, pay your friend, and get them to order it for you. Your friend will probably enjoy
learning about Stirling engines too. It's also possible to purchase prepaid Visa or Mastercards. |
